Trends: Collage & Ephemera

I've always been a fan of Collage and over the last year or so it's really influenced me artistically in both my digital and hybrid art. I especially love the softness of creating a Collage with old Ephemera and how this creates a great base for creating on, whether that be for art journaling, art just for arts sake or a scrapbook layout composition.

There's something intriguging to me about using items from the past to document the present and well I just love a vintage or aged look when it comes to mixed media goodness. I've browsed my Pinterest boards and put together some inspiration for you that I hope will inspire you to create and try and emulate some of these pieces of eye candy when you are next working on a digital project.
